Film lovers in London have noticed that the number of shops that specialise in their favourite subject matter have been dwindling over time. So it's fantastic news to hear that our mates at Wallflower Press have opened a shop to fill in the gap. Cinéphilia starts trading today and we wish them the best of luck. Calling all keen film writers, reviewers and bloggers...
The Big Picture magazine is looking for writers with a flair for well
informed but fun prose to become part of our growing team of
contributors. A good knowledge of film is essential as is an ability to
bring film to life through the written word.
Chosen writers will be called upon to contribute pieces to both the
printed magazine (launching nationally in January 2009) and accompanying
website which will have an approximate readership of 30,000, so we are
looking for commited individuals keen on furthering their writing
